About The Opportunity
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling technology company building sophisticated infrastructure and software systems. We are seeking a Principal Member of Technical Staff to provide technical leadership across the company's most important engineering challenges.
What You'll Do
- Define architecture for complex, high-impact systems
- Lead company-critical engineering initiatives
- Solve novel scalability, reliability, and performance problems
- Establish technical direction across multiple engineering teams
- Influence technology strategy and long-term architecture
- Mentor senior and staff-level engineers
- Drive technical alignment across Product and Engineering

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Exceptional system design and architecture skills
- Deep expertise in distributed systems or infrastructure
- Track record of solving complex technical problems at scale
- Strong technical leadership and communication
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization
Nice to Have
- AI/ML infrastructure
- Cloud-native architecture
- Kubernetes and distributed compute

Pay
$200,000–$350,000 USD
