About the role
Designing, implementing, and delivering software and firmware for managing GPU-based AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures as a senior member of the AI Infrastructure engineering division.
- Define and develop software for tasks associated with the development, design, and debugging of software and firmware for managing GPU-based AI infrastructure.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field involving coding, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep understanding of operating systems, computer networks, and high-performance applications.
- 6+ years’ experience delivering and operating large-scale production systems (1000+ server instances).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C/C++, or scripting).
- Systematic problem-solving approach, strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and drive.
- Proven ability to deliver products and experience with the full software development lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong background in Linux systems.
- Familiarity with system-level architecture, data synchronization, fault tolerance, and state management.
- General cloud storage, networking, or computing experience.
- Experience with server/GPU hardware architecture and system management.
- Experience with Infiniband or RoCE networking.
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and operating public cloud service data planes.
Certain U.S.-based or U.S. customer/client-facing roles may require compliance with applicable immunization, occupational health, or drug testing mandates.
Pay
Hiring range in USD: $114,600 – $234,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
