What You Will Be Doing
- Developing and coaching Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at world-class standards
- Designing Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles
- Delivering consistent, actionable coaching to Guides to maximize student participation and outcomes
- Serving as direct mentor to a small student cohort, demonstrating expert-level coaching and motivational techniques
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Developing lesson plans – your Guides support student learning via adaptive applications; your priority is training them to become outstanding motivators
- Compromising on expectations – when our success benchmark is 100%, your role is to uphold that standard
- Running uninspiring professional development – you'll train Guides through dynamic, high-impact, experiential learning sessions

Basic Requirements
- Currently located in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at one of the Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas
- Proven track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities with a history of building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams
- Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
- Competence in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
