Principal IT Vendor Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and governance for critical IT suppliers
• Establish and monitor vendor oversight plans to minimize risks
• Facilitate formal business reviews with vendors to discuss performance
• Maintain influential relationships with Executive Sponsors and Business Owners
• Ensure vendor adherence to contractual obligations and procedures
• Evaluate and assess existing vendors for capability improvement
• Collaborate on RFPs, contract negotiations, and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in IT vendor management or related field
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in a relevant role
• Experience in IT governance is beneficial
• Strong stakeholder relationship development skills
