We need to output only HTML fragment with headings

for sections that have real content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate. Must preserve substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: About the role? The posting starts with "Do you want to create innovative solutions..." That's like an intro. Could be "About the role". Then "Position Specific Description". Then "Key Responsibilities". Then "The Ideal Candidate Will Have:" (Qualifications). Then "Preferred Qualifications". Then "Technical Skills". Then "Job Overview". Then "Job Duties & Responsibilities". Then "Required Qualifications". Then "Preferred Qualifications" again? Actually there is a second "Preferred Qualifications None". Then benefits mention. Then employee group etc. Then EEO etc. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Remove duplicated lines. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. For Pay, Schedule, Benefits: there is mention of benefits: "NextEra Energy offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees and their eligible family members. Click here to learn more." That's vague but it's a statement about benefits. It says they offer benefits but no specifics. According to rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state they offer benefits, but not specifics. The rule says: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state they offer benefits, albeit generic. Should we include Benefits section? It says "NextEra Energy offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees and their eligible family members. Click here to learn more." That's a statement about benefits existing. It's not specific like health insurance, 401k, etc. Might be considered stating benefits exist. The rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state they offer benefits, so we could include a Benefits section with that sentence. However, we also need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". This is not filler. It's a statement. So we could include Benefits

Benefits

NextEra Energy offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees and their eligible family members. Click here to learn more.

But we also have "Relocation Provided: No". That's minor metadata; we could fold into a short p or drop. Probably drop. Employee Group etc: boilerplate? Might be considered metadata; we can drop. Job Overview and Job Duties & Responsibilities: there is some content. We need to avoid duplication: The "Job Overview" and "Job Duties & Responsibilities" sections appear similar to responsibilities. We need to keep substantive info, not duplicate. We can merge? But we must preserve all substantive info; we can keep both if they have distinct content. Let's examine: Job Overview: "This job analyzes business processes and practices and identifies technology opportunities. Employees in this job design and implement information technology solutions to meet customer needs and business goals and strategies." Job Duties & Responsibilities: a list of bullet-like sentences (though not formatted as list). It includes many duties: Demonstrates a strong familiarity..., Establishes and manages..., Applies advanced..., Responds..., Devises..., Uses knowledge..., Builds..., Contributes..., Creates..., Maintains..., Performs other job-related duties as assigned. These are substantive and not duplicated elsewhere. So we should keep Job Duties & Responsibilities as a list (
  • ...). The Job Overview is a short paragraph; we could keep as

under a heading "Job Overview". That's fine. Now "Required Qualifications": High School Grad / GED, Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience, Experience: 6+ years. That's required qualifications. Also there is earlier "The Ideal Candidate Will Have:" which includes Bachelor's degree, 10+ years experience, etc. That seems like qualifications as well. There's duplication: The Ideal Candidate Will Have includes many qualifications (education, experience, skills). Then later Required Qualifications says High School Grad/GED, Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience, Experience: 6+ years. That seems contradictory (maybe a generic template). We need to preserve all substantive info; we should not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include both sets? But we must avoid duplication; however they are different content: The Ideal Candidate Will Have includes more detailed qualifications (10+ years, SQL skills, etc). Required Qualifications includes minimal (HS/GED, Bachelor's or Equivalent, 6+ years). Both are substantive; we should keep both. However we need to avoid repeating same info; they are not identical. We'll keep both under perhaps "Qualifications" heading? But we have separate headings: "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Job Overview, Job Duties & Responsibilities? Actually those are not in the list but we can still use headings; they said e.g., not exhaustive. So we can use headings like "Position Specific Description", "Key Responsibilities", "The Ideal Candidate Will Have", "Preferred Qualifications", "Technical Skills", "Job Overview", "Job Duties & Responsibilities", "Required Qualifications". But we should aim for few substantive sections. However we must preserve all substantive info; we can combine similar content. Better approach: Create sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (combine Key Responsibilities and Job Duties & Responsibilities?), Qualifications (combine Ideal Candidate, Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Technical Skills?), Skills (maybe separate technical skills). But we need to follow instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we should consolidate. Let's think: The posting has: - Intro paragraph: "Do you want to create innovative solutions..." (About the role) - Position Specific Description (description of role) - Key Responsibilities (list) - The Ideal Candidate Will Have (list of qualifications) - Preferred Qualifications (list) - Technical Skills (list) - Job Overview (short paragraph) - Job Duties & Responsibilities (list) - Required Qualifications (list) - Benefits statement - Employee group etc (boilerplate) - EEO etc (boilerplate) We need to drop boilerplate. We need to keep all substantive info. We can create sections:

    Position description

The Technical Business Analyst serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams by analyzing business processes, data, and system relationships across enterprise applications. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills to extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple platforms, including Salesforce, SAP, CIS, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will be capable of writing and executing SQL queries, creating reports and dashboards, performing data analysis, documenting requirements, and supporting enterprise data management initiatives. The Technical Business Analyst will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making by translating complex business needs into actionable insights and technical solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and data requirements.
    • Translate business needs into technical solutions through data analysis, process mapping, and detailed specifications.
    • Write and execute SQL queries to extract, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems.
    • Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations that provide actionable insights and support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with business users to identify trends, improve reporting capabilities, and drive data-driven decisions across the organization.
    • Analyze and document complex data structures, including databases, schemas, tables, columns, and relationships across Salesforce, SAP, CIS, SQL Server, and related enterprise systems.
    • Develop data mappings, perform data validation and reconciliation, and support data migration and ETL activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Partner with business and technical teams to troubleshoot data issues, identify process improvements, and ensure successful testing and implementation of new solutions.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and how data flows across applications, enabling the organization to leverage enterprise data effectively for reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Demonstrates a strong familiarity with business processes that are in their area of business focus
    • Establishes and manages effective customer relationships with users of business, financial and operations systems, as well as technical team members
    • Applies advanced analytical skills within functional area to decompose work into manageable value-based units
    • Responds to requests, identifies conflicts, and makes recommendations where needed
    • Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems
    • Uses knowledge of business processes to identify interdependencies and functional gaps
    • Builds strong working understanding of the technical solution being delivered and analyzes and determines failure points in the solution
    • Contributes to the application testing process (directly or to support end users)
    • Creates and updates documentation, as appropriate, for selected project framework
    • Maintains a familiarity with market trends in technology
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Now qualifications: We have Ideal Candidate Will Have (10+ years, SQL, etc), Preferred Qualifications (list), Technical Skills (list), Required Qualifications (HS/GED, Bachelor's or Equivalent, 6+ years). We could combine into a single Qualifications section with sub-sections? But we must use only

headings, not nested. Could create multiple

sections: "Qualifications", "Preferred Qualifications", "Technical Skills", "Required Qualifications". That's many sections but each has substantive content. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. However we need to preserve all info; we could merge Ideal Candidate, Preferred, Technical Skills, Required into one Qualifications section with bullet points, but that may lose distinction between required vs preferred. But we can still preserve all info by listing them all; the distinction may be lost but not required to keep. The rule: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Summarizing away detail could be considered losing detail if we merge and lose the labeling of "Preferred" vs "Required". However we could keep the labeling within the list items, e.g., start each item with "[Required]" or "[Preferred]". That preserves info. So we can create a single Qualifications section with all items, labeling them. Similarly, Technical Skills could be merged into Qualifications as they are skills. Thus we could have sections: About the role, Position description, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Job Overview (maybe merge with About?). Actually Job Overview is similar to About the role; we could merge. But we have both; we could keep Job Overview as separate but it's thin. Might be considered thin. Better to merge Job Overview into About the role or Position description. However we must preserve all substantive info; merging does not lose info if we include the text. So we can add Job Overview paragraph to About the role or Position description. Let's decide: We'll have sections: - About the role (intro + job overview) - Position description (maybe we can merge with About? but it
