Remote position for a Federal Regulatory agency client. US citizenship and ability to obtain public trust clearance required.

About the role

Join a high-performing agile team leading, designing, and implementing AI/ML and business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and user stories
  • Translate mission needs into system specifications and traceability
  • Map workflows, data flows, dependencies, privileges, and operational risks
  • Design and execute functional and integration tests; capture, triage, and report findings
  • Perform AI/ML model testing, data pipeline testing, and maintain test documentation
  • Create and maintain system documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business and Systems Analyst
  • Proven ability to develop requirements, write user stories, and create system documentation
  • Experience with IT systems testing
  • Strong communication skills with business users, team members, and leadership
  • Innovative, results-oriented, and focused on delivering on time and with quality

Skills

  • Data analysis
  • Ability to learn quickly and institutionalize technical knowledge
  • Experience with machine learning and deep learning applications (preferred)
  • Data cleansing techniques, feature engineering, and model testing (preferred)
  • Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate (preferred)
  • Cloud technology and services such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI (preferred)
  • Experience with regulatory agencies such as OCC, SEC, or FDIC (preferred)
  • Agile SDLC and tools (preferred)
  • Methodologies such as CRISP-DM (preferred)
