Key Responsibilities

• Lead origination and execution of growth equity investments in technology and software businesses
• Manage portfolio company boards and drive value creation across the portfolio
• Contribute to fundraising and LP relations activities
• Mentor and develop the junior investment team

Requirements

• 6-9 years of growth equity or private equity experience
• Proven track record of sourcing and leading growth investments in technology
• Strong founder network and relationships with financial sponsors
• Demonstrated leadership in managing junior investment professionals

Compensation

$350,000 - $500,000 + Carry
