Principal Global Partner Program Manager

Accountabilities

• Own the operational backbone of a global partner ecosystem by translating high-level strategies into actionable programs, processes, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve partner performance, strengthen operational efficiency, and support commercial growth.
• Create operational frameworks, optimize partner processes, and enable cross-functional teams to deliver consistent experiences worldwide.
• Work across go-to-market, onboarding, enablement, marketing, and revenue teams to ensure partner programs are aligned, measurable, and impactful.

Requirements

• Highly experienced partner program leader with strong operational discipline, commercial understanding, and the ability to execute complex initiatives across global teams.
• Proven success leading and executing impactful partner programs, including tiered partner models and scalable operational frameworks.
• Strong program management capabilities with experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Ability to translate leadership strategy into structured, measurable execution plans.
• Experience building workflows, reporting models, and operational processes enhanced by AI technologies.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting partner-driven revenue and growth objectives.
• Technical understanding of AI platforms and practical experience applying AI tools to improve operational outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create documentation, presentations, and executive-level reports.
• Able to collaborate effectively across teams without direct authority and influence stakeholders at all levels.
