Global Partner Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Global Partner Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape and oversee a global partner program that supports strategic business execution across regions and teams. You will translate program goals into clear plans, performance measures, and reporting processes that strengthen accountability and visibility. The position partners closely with Finance, IT, Marketing Intelligence, and operational stakeholders to align priorities, manage risk, and drive measurable program outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $121,300 – $175,009 annually Responsibilities Support the design and management of a global partner program Translate program objectives into actionable plans and success measures Coordinate cross-functional workstreams involving various operational teams Manage program scorecard and metrics to track performance and outcomes Collaborate with Finance and IT for consistent reporting and measurement processes Work with Marketing Intelligence on adjustments related to program eligibility and priorities Prepare communications, status updates, and briefings for stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Operations, or a related field; Master's preferred 12+ years of experience in partner programs, channel management, or strategic business execution Strong project management skills with an emphasis on planning and risk management Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives across regions and teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for executive audiences Outcome-oriented with a focus on accountability and measurable impact Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k with Matching Contributions Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) options Paid Time Off including sick, holiday, and vacation Tuition Reimbursement Growth Opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
