Role Overview
Arrow ECS is seeking a Global Partner Program Manager to support the design, launch, governance, and ongoing management of a scalable global partner program. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage program reporting, and help drive adoption, consistency, and measurable business impact across regions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the design, launch, and ongoing management of a global partner program.
- Translate program objectives into clear plans, milestones, governance routines, and success measures.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across operations, marketing, IT, legal, sales, finance, regional teams, vendors, and partners.
- Manage the team scorecard and impact metrics to track adoption, performance, and business outcomes.
- Liaise with Finance and IT to ensure consistent reporting, dashboards, data definitions, and measurement processes.
- Partner with Marketing Intelligence on segmentation adjustments tied to program eligibility, insights, and go-to-market priorities.
- Prepare clear communications, status updates, launch summaries, and stakeholder briefings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 12+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience, in partner programs, channel management, program management, sales operations, marketing operations, or strategic business execution.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, dependency tracking, risk management, reporting, and follow-up.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives across regions, time zones, and matrixed teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready updates and decision materials.
- Outcome-oriented mindset with a bias for action, accountability, and measurable impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with partner incentives, enablement, loyalty programs, or channel program governance.
- Experience in IT distribution, technology ecosystems, cloud marketplaces, or partner-led go-to-market models.
- Proficiency with data analysis, dashboards, reporting tools, or program performance tracking.
Work Arrangement
Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Pay
$121,300.00 - $175,009.56 (annual hiring range). Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
