Principal, Global Partner Process Architect

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end configuration and continuous improvement of the partner portal
• Ensure clear and efficient teaming processes between partners and internal sales teams
• Manage the deal registration process, including workflows and conflict resolutions
• Oversee partner lead flow processes to ensure timely and transparent routing
• Administer MDF processes with accurate tracking and approvals
• Identify friction points in partner transactions from feedback and data analysis
• Create and maintain a prioritized automation/AI roadmap for partner processes

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, or Sales Operations with experience in partner-facing systems or processes
• Hands-on experience with PRM/partner portal platforms, deal registration workflows, and MDF administration tools
• Proven ability to identify and resolve process frictions using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Skilled in writing requirements for IT/development teams and participating in UAT and release validation
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams with dual reporting relationships
• Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity channel/partner ecosystems is preferred
• Bachelor's degree required

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
