Principal GenAI Engagement Lead, Partner Platforms

About the role

Lead software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality outcomes and meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and efficiency.
• Participate in design sprints and facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
• Document project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Git, and Slack.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
