Principal Financial Implementation Consultant (Healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Maintain healthcare standard practices aligned with industry trends
• Design and build customized financial solutions based on customer requirements
• Demo designed solutions to stakeholders during the deployment lifecycle
• Support customer testing phases and provide guidance
• Deliver project status updates and collaborate with project management
• Participate in customer discovery sessions for prospecting
• Mentor junior consultants in financial solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of implementation or functional experience with financial management software solutions
• 5+ years of consulting experience
• Experience with General Ledger and at least one other financial area, such as Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• Strong customer service focus and project management skills
