For our client, we are seeking a Principal Faculty-Physician Assistant Program to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will help launch and shape a new physician assistant program, with responsibility for curriculum development, student support, and faculty coordination. The position will also contribute to accreditation readiness and ongoing compliance while working closely with program leadership and committee stakeholders. It is an opportunity to influence both the educational experience and the operational foundation of a growing academic program. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as a liaison for faculty regarding teaching resources and course scheduling Assist in recruiting adjunct instructors Participate actively in program committees Advise students throughout their academic journey Contribute to curriculum development and student evaluations Ensure ongoing compliance for accreditation Coordinate student remediation plans as needed Qualifications Master’s degree required Current New York State Physician Assistant license or equivalent Certified Physician Assistant with at least five years of clinical experience Commitment to the physician assistant profession Knowledge of accreditation processes for physician assistant programs Benefits Full-time faculty position in a new and innovative program Opportunity to shape the curriculum and educational experience Involvement in accreditation processes from the ground up Dynamic and collaborative work environment Potential for professional growth within a reputable institution Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
