About the role

Principal Engineer (Quant) position based in NYC, NY – onsite, full‑time only.

Requirements

• 15+ years of overall IT/Engineering experience
• Independent visa (must be able to work without sponsorship)
• Quantitative experience is mandatory (financial services / quantitative investing / markets / trading)

Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI Systems in production
• Deep expertise in LLM Application Architecture, RAG, MCP, APIs & Tool Integration
• Multi‑Agent Orchestration, Autonomous Planning & Reasoning
• Persistent Memory, Workflow Execution & Agent Evaluation
• LLM Ops, Observability & Guardrails
• Strong Python & SQL skills
• Experience designing robust & scalable systems
• Experience with Docker & Git

Qualifications

Ideal candidate is a senior/principal‑level AI Engineer with deep quantitative + financial domain experience and strong hands‑on expertise in Agentic AI / LLM systems.
