About the role
This position is located in Azusa, CA. Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
- Working in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.
- Ensure appropriate coordination between electrical design and other integration teams.
- Capture and review engineering deliverables such as one-lines, schematics, wiring diagrams, part data sheets, interconnect connect diagrams, specifications, electrical analysis and trade studies.
- May perform research, trade studies, evaluation, and systems integration in electrical or electro-mechanical systems, cables, connectors, power systems, test equipment, and more.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively to understand system level interdependencies that impact electrical requirements and design constraints.
- Demonstrate leadership principles – Integrity, respect, organizational, communication etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of experience, or 3 years of experience with a Master’s degree or 0 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
- Knowledgeable with Siemens Teamcenter PLM or equivalent.
- Expertise with Zuken, cables and interconnects.
- Experience with special test equipment.
- Electrical engineering experience in at least one of the following fields: electrical architecture, power systems, cable design, circuit design, interface definition (internal and/or external), or power distribution.
- Experience with Authorship and release of engineering documentation including technical drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
Qualifications
- Working experience with designing cables.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, milestone reviews, and government contracting.
- Experience maintaining and reporting status of program activities.
Skills

Pay
Primary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $171,000.00
Schedule
The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
