Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Software Sales to propose new services and grow existing accounts
- Identify client requirements to design integrated service offerings
- Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs for the company deployments
- Deliver executive sales presentations at client locations
- Document customer requirements during the pre-sale cycle
- Create compelling commercial proposals balancing profitability and new business acquisition
- Define Statements of Work including project scope and timelines
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in business development or professional services delivery
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Fluency in English, additional languages are beneficial
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in contact center or customer service software industry preferred
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven capability to work independently and in a team setting
- Attention to detail with a proactive attitude
