Engagement Manager

For a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking an Engagement Manager to advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage company engagements, ensuring program success and alignment with client objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction during implementations.
• Take charge of project financial performance, including budgeting and profitability analysis.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure effective management of customer engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and resource plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience with a focus on customer success and strategic planning.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with financial accountability.
• Strong communication skills with experience influencing C-level executives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; company and AWS certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop talent.

Pay

$143,000 – $236,000 annually.
