We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "WHY VEIR?" description, then "The Role", then "What You’ll Do", then "To be successful in this role..." (requirements), then "You are:" (maybe part of qualifications), then "Nice to have:", then salary and benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. We have description about company (WHY VEIR) could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe summarizing role description. Could use "About the role" for the paragraph after "The Role". But we have "The Role VEIR is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer..." That's description of role. Could put under

About the role

. Responsibilities: from "What You’ll Do" bullet points (though not bullet list but paragraphs). We'll convert to
  • . Requirements: from "To be successful in this role..." list (the numbered list). Could be Requirements. Qualifications: maybe "You are:" and "Nice to have:" could be Qualifications and Skills? But we have separate headings: Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. We have "Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred; BA/BS in Electrical Engineering required; MS or PhD preferred." That's qualifications. We have "You are: A recognized technical expert..." that's more like skills/attributes. We have "Nice to have:" list. We have Pay: salary range $180,000 - $200,000 per year + equity + benefits. Benefits: list of benefits. Schedule: not mentioned, so we should not include Schedule section. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual salary range, so Pay section is okay. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, recruitment agency notice. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

    About the role

VEIR is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to serve as the technical authority on all aspects of electrical systems integration and compliance. Reporting to the Sr. Manager – Superconducting Systems, this individual will own the interface between VEIR's superconducting power delivery equipment and datacenter distribution infrastructure — translating customer facility requirements into rigorous integration specifications, driving connector and component design for seamless infrastructure interoperability, and establishing the compliance and standards framework that governs how VEIR designs, tests, and deploys its systems. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role at the intersection of hardware, systems architecture, and regulatory compliance.

Maybe also include company description? Could be part of About the role? But we have separate "WHY VEIR?" which is company overview. Could be included in About the role? Might be better to have a separate section "About the company"? Not in allowed headings. Allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must fit company overview into one of those. Probably About the role can include both role and company context. We could also put company overview in a

under About the role before role specifics. Now Responsibilities: from "What You’ll Do". We'll break into bullet list. Responsibilities items: - Own the electrical integration interface designs between VEIR system and datacenter distribution systems, from medium-voltage (MV) switchgear and transformers through low-voltage (LV) switchgear, busway, PDUs, power sidecars, and rack busbars. - Drive VEIR system / sub-system / component product development with deep knowledge of: * datacenter electrical system-level integration specifications, single-line diagrams, protection architectures * datacenter applicable standards and certification requirements * datacenter installation, commissioning and operations requirements - Lead the technical definition and qualification of electrical connectors, terminations, and interface components that integrate VEIR’s cryogenic systems with conventional power infrastructure. - Drive/support component-level design reviews, failure mode analysis (FMEA), and qualification test planning for all electrical interface hardware. - Work with procurement and supply chain to identify and qualify connector and component suppliers that meet VEIR’s performance and reliability standards. - Establish and maintain VEIR’s electrical compliance framework, identifying applicable standards (NEC, NFPA 70E, IEC 61439, IEC 62271, UL 508A, and relevant datacenter standards including TIA-942 and Uptime Tier requirements) across the design, test, and deployment lifecycle. - Translate regulatory and customer-specific requirements into testable design constraints and acceptance criteria for VEIR subsystems and integrated products. - Lead or support AHJ interactions, third-party inspections, and listing/approval processes for VEIR electrical systems. - Define and maintain system-level electrical test plans and acceptance test procedures (ATPs) for factory and field use. - Act as the internal technical authority on electrical integration questions, providing guidance to product, systems, and applications engineering teams. - Represent VEIR’s electrical engineering perspective in customer-facing technical discussions, proposal development, and pre-sales support. - Contribute to VEIR’s IP strategy by identifying patentable innovations in electrical interface design and integration methodology. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building VEIR’s electrical engineering capability as the team scales. We need to ensure we keep all details. Now Requirements: from "To be successful in this role..." list (the numbered list). Items: - 12+ years of professional electrical engineering experience, with a significant portion in high-power datacenter or mission-critical facility environments. - Direct experience with hyperscale or colocation datacenter electrical distribution systems, including MV switchgear, transformers, UPS, PDUs, and busway. - Deep working knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70), NFPA 70E, IEC 61439, IEC 62271, and UL standards applicable to power distribution and switchgear. - Hands-on experience designing, qualifying, or specifying high-current electrical connectors and interface components. - Experience developing and executing factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) for electrical power systems. - Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred; candidates with equivalent demonstrated expertise will be considered. - BA/BS in Electrical Engineering required; MS or PhD preferred. We could treat these as Requirements. Now Qualifications: maybe "You are:" list (attributes). Items: - A recognized technical expert who can operate independently on complex, open-ended integration problems and lead cross-functional teams to resolution. - Comfortable working at the intersection of hardware design and systems architecture — equally at home reviewing schematics and presenting integration specs to a customer’s data center operations team. - A clear, concise communicator who can translate dense technical constraints into actionable requirements for engineering teams and credible narratives for customers and leadership. - Energized by ambiguity and early-stage product environments where standards are being written, not just followed. - Collaborative and collegial: you build productive relationships across disciplines and bring others along without ego. Now Skills: maybe "Nice to have:" list. - Familiarity with cryogenic systems (liquid helium, liquid nitrogen) and the thermal/material constraints they impose on electrical interfaces. - Experience with superconducting or cryogenic power delivery applications. - Knowledge of IEEE Std 3006 series or similar reliability standards for industrial and commercial power systems. - Prior involvement in AHJ engagements or novel equipment approval processes. Now Benefits: list from "BENEFITS & PERKS". Items: - Healthcare coverage with 100% employer paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision - 401(k) Retirement Savings Program - 12 Company Holidays + unmetered PTO - 12 Weeks 100% Paid Parental Leave for all new parents - Stock Options - Employee Assistant Program (EAP) - Regular teambuilding, off-sites, and lunch & learns Now Pay: from "VEIR is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $180,000 - $200,000 per year + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location." We need to preserve all substantive information. So include that paragraph. We should not include the EEO statement, equal opportunity, recruitment agency notice. Now ensure we don't create sections with filler. All sections have real content. Now produce HTML:

We must not include Schedule. Now check for any duplicated lines: we should not repeat. Now ensure we preserve all details: include company overview? We included some in About the role but maybe we missed the WHY VEIR description. Let's incorporate that into About the role paragraph. We can start About the role with: "Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Woburn, Massachusetts, VEIR is a U.S.-based designer and manufacturer of category-defining superconducting power delivery systems built for the extreme energy demands of the AI era. By commercializing next-generation superconducting technology into deployable, real-world systems, VEIR delivers ~10× higher power density than conventional options, enabling “speed-to-power” where incremental optimization falls short. VEIR’s initial focus is AI data centers behind the meter, with solutions engineered for repeatable deployment through reference designs and integrated controls, designed to incorporate learnings as deployments scale." Then continue with role description. Now ensure we didn't miss any details from "What You’ll Do": we captured. Check "Drive VEIR system / sub-system / component product development with deep knowledge of:" we included sub-bullets. Should we keep as separate li? Could embed as part of the li with sub-bullets? Simpler: keep as one li with the colon and then maybe a nested ul? But spec says use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It didn't forbid nested lists. But to keep simple, we can keep as one li and include the subpoints as separate sentences within same li. That's okay. Now ensure we didn't miss "Drive/support component-level design reviews, failure mode analysis (FMEA), and qualification test planning for all electrical interface hardware." included. Now "Work with procurement and supply chain to identify and qualify connector and component suppliers that meet VEIR’s performance and reliability standards." included. Now "Establish and maintain VEIR’s electrical compliance framework, identifying applicable standards (NEC, NFPA 70E, IEC 61439, IEC 62271, UL 508A, and relevant datacenter standards including TIA-942 and Uptime Tier requirements) across the design, test, and deployment lifecycle." included. Now "Translate regulatory and customer-specific requirements into testable design constraints and acceptance criteria for VEIR subsystems and integrated products." included. Now "Lead or support AHJ interactions, third-party inspections, and listing/approval processes for VEIR electrical systems." included. Now "Define and maintain system-level electrical test plans and acceptance test procedures (
