Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.

We need to decide sections.
We have "Job Summary" and "Department Summary" which could be "About the role". Could combine.
Responsibilities: The description includes duties: providing accommodation assistance, management liaison, referral source, technical expert, direct service provider, consults on workers' compensation claims, consultant on leave laws, disability benefits, etc. So we can list responsibilities.
Requirements: Might be same as Qualifications? Usually Requirements separate from Qualifications. But we have "Qualifications Required" and "Preferred". Could treat "Qualifications" as required qualifications. "Skills" could be skill to communicate etc. But we have many skill statements.
We need to avoid filler sections like Benefits, Pay, Schedule unless actual content. There's no explicit benefits, pay, schedule details. Salary Information is vague, not specific numbers, so we should NOT create Pay section because it's not specific. Benefits: there is mention of understanding supplemental disability benefits but not explicit benefits offered. So we should not create Benefits section unless there is concrete benefit info. There's none.
Schedule: none.
Thus we may have sections: About the role (combining Job Summary and Department Summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications (required), Skills (maybe separate), Preferred Qualifications? Could be part of Qualifications or separate. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Qualifications and Skills into one "Qualifications" section with both required and preferred? But the instruction says use headings for sections like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include Qualifications and Skills if we have content.
We have required qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years experience, advanced knowledge of legal framework, procedures, assessment techniques, skill to communicate, interpersonal skills, analytical/problem-solving, expert ability to develop course materials.
Preferred: Advanced degree preferred, Knowledge of MS Office, Understanding of supplemental disability benefits.
We can put required under Qualifications
