Responsibilities
- Create coded prototypes and interaction models for AI workflows
- Own initiatives from concept to production, ensuring quality and customer alignment
- Lead discussions on technical design and architectural decisions
- Advance the design system to provide scalable patterns
- Collaborate with teams to translate user requirements into effective designs
- Advocate for design quality in collaboration with engineering teams
- Mentor designers and engineers, enhancing the design culture
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in product design or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or similar (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience developing AI-powered experiences
- Proficient in modern AI technologies for design solutions
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
