Principal Deal Review Consultant (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on Falcon Flex deal structures and policies
• Lead the lifecycle design and execution of Falcon Flex deals
• Manage deal reviews and approval workflows for compliance
• Cook up deal strategies across multiple departments and partners
• Support non-standard transaction approvals through cross-functional reviews
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate commercial risks and impacts
• Communicate deal recommendations and status to senior leadership
• Guide pricing strategies for go-to-market offerings
• Drive policy alignment and operational efficiencies with key teams
• Identify improvements in processes related to deal execution

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, finance, or related roles within a SaaS environment
• Deep knowledge of subscription and ARR business models
• Proficient in financial modeling and BI/data analysis
• Experience with Salesforce CRM/CPQ and managing complex sales systems
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations
• Strategic mindset with strong judgment and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
