About the role

The Principal Global Deal Review Consultant is a senior strategic partner within Sales Strategy and Operations, supporting Sales, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional stakeholders, with primary focus on optimizing Falcon Flex deal structures, ensuring revenue and policy compliance, and enabling scalable, disciplined deal execution. The consultant will play a critical role in driving CrowdStrike ARR growth and advancing the global maturity of the Falcon Flex program.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Falcon Flex, advising on deal structure, policy, economics, and governance for new and existing customers
  • Lead Falcon Flex deal lifecycle design and execution, including new acquisitions, activations, expansions, and renewals
  • Own end-to-end Falcon Flex deal reviews and manage approval workflows to ensure compliant and optimized transactions
  • Coordinate deal strategy and execution across Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Alliance partners, and customers
  • Support non-standard transactions through cross-functional review and approval processes
  • Perform financial modeling and analysis to assess commercial terms, risk, and operational impact
  • Communicate deal recommendations, risks, and status to senior cross-functional leadership
  • Advisory on pricing strategy and structuring for current and emerging go-to-market offerings
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, IT, Marketing, and Alliance teams to drive policy alignment, operational efficiency, and automation
  • Identify and lead process and system improvements related to Falcon Flex deal execution

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales operations, finance, deal desk, or related roles within a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of subscription and ARR business models
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, BI/data analysis, and deal evaluation
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM/CPQ and complex sales infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and IT
  • Strategic, consultative mindset with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
