Basic Qualifications
- 15+ years of leading complex, large-scale, IT, technical or engineering programs experience
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field
- Experience with cloud transformation programs including migrations, modernization and AI/ML implementation
- Effective communication skills (active listening, verbal, written, and presentation) including executive-level presentations, and technical content delivery
- 10+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in or deep familiarity with Healthcare & Life Sciences industry
- AWS certification(s) and/or hands-on experience with AWS services (compute, AI/ML, analytics, security, data)
- Experience driving AI/ML adoption programs, GenAI implementations, and data strategy
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across matrixed organizations
- Track record of delivering transformation outcomes for Fortune 500 or enterprise customers
Industry & Technical Depth
Build domain expertise, develop understanding of industry use-cases and solutions, solve customer problems using AWS services and mechanisms. Engage credibly in technical discussions spanning cloud architecture, AI/ML, real-world data analytics, and scientific computing. Guide customers on AWS services and best practices when specialized resources are unavailable, leveraging AI-augmented tools to address technical depth gaps. Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends in healthcare and life sciences.
