Work Location: Redmond, WA 98053 (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Engage with Payroll Business and operations teams independently
• Perform SAP Payroll configuration on platforms including ECC and S/4, covering:
  • Tax remittances and configurations (BSI)
  • Garnishments
  • Year-end processing
  • Paystubs
  • 941 filings
  • Unemployment insurance
• Lead multiple full lifecycle implementations and US Payroll operations
• Apply deep functional knowledge in Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of SAP Payroll experience (20+ years preferred)
• Proven track record in multiple full lifecycle SAP Payroll implementations

Skills

• Must Have:
  • Extensive SAP Payroll configuration experience (ECC & S/4)
• Nice to Have:
  • SAP HCM ABAP technical skills, including:
    • Development of reports, interfaces, user exits, enhancements, BAPIs
    • SAP Script, SMARTFORMS, HRFORMS
    • Module pool programming
