About the Role

Develop and enhance ServiceNow AI Control Tower capabilities focused on discoverability, observability, governance, and security of enterprise AI solutions. Build and integrate AI-powered services, identify product gaps, and collaborate with product teams to drive platform improvements. Support development of RAG, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations for AI Control Tower.
• Build AI services leveraging RAG, LLMs, AI Agents, and ServiceNow AI capabilities.
• Implement AI governance, observability, monitoring, and security controls.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for AI operations and compliance.
• Identify platform/product gaps and provide feedback to product engineering teams.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise AI platforms and external systems.
• Follow Agile, DevOps, and ServiceNow development best practices.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have skills:
  • Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations for AI Control Tower.
  • Build AI services leveraging RAG, LLMs, AI Agents, and ServiceNow AI capabilities.
  • Implement AI governance, observability, monitoring, and security controls.
• Nice to have skills:
  • Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, AIGenAI Certifications.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for AI operations and compliance.
