Principal Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Commercial Banking has more than 8,000 team members across 8 divisions and 80 markets nationwide, providing industry expertise, customized solutions, and local service to support the diverse financial needs of customers. Commercial Banking provides products and services, including credit and treasury solutions, to customers with annual sales typically ranging from $500+ million. With its Specialized Industries group, Wells Fargo also provides expertise across industries including Agribusiness, Gaming, Healthcare, Government & Institutional, and Technology throughout its regional presence. Healthcare, Higher Education and Non-Profit (HHN) is part of Specialized Industries within Commercial Banking. HHN covers large institutional clients seeking complex solutions in depository credit, treasury management and investment banking.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years banking relationship management experience within healthcare, higher-education, and cultural/service NFP industries
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and expand client relationships, as well as developing new client relationships in the HHN space
- Established network of client relationships and centers of influence in the HHN space
- Ability to obtain the Municipal Finance Professional ("MFP") designation
- Demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and analyze growth opportunities based on market potential
- Proven ability to manage reputational risks
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with and communicate to internal and external key stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years banking relationship management experience within healthcare, higher-education, and cultural/service NFP industries

Job Expectations
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
- This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
