Principal Business Technology Product Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Business Technology Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead the strategy and execution for internal business technology products that support quote-to-cash and seller workflows. The position will partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to solve complex operational problems and deliver measurable business impact. It is well suited for a product leader who can turn business needs into scalable tools, improve process efficiency, and drive adoption across cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the roadmap for seller-facing quoting, approvals, and opportunity workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to identify and prioritize high-leverage problems.
• Create clickable prototypes and ship internal tools with engineering support.
• Monitor and iterate on shipped products, measuring adoption and business impact.
• Leverage AI tools in your workflow for enhanced productivity and efficiency.
• Promote and embody the company's cultural principles as the organization scales globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent ownership of enterprise software and internal tools.
• Experience with go-to-market or revenue systems, specifically Salesforce (CRM) and CPQ/quoting.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into clear, measurable product outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools for prototyping and building solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Finance, and Engineering.

Pay

$131,197 – $176,400 annually
