Principal Business Consultant - Global Analytics

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Principal Consultant in its Global Analytics Practice. This role focuses on helping customers transform their operations using technology, data, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, ensuring excellence across multiple teams.
• Lead and own Business Development for Global Analytics, architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+
• Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for their professional growth and delivery standards.
• Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Global Analytics to stay at the forefront of Life Sciences.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)
• Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements
• Deep domain knowledge in varying healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and industry-specific analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment.
• A comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape
• Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships
• Bachelor’s degree or higher

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Veeva products
• Possess a working knowledge of SQL and/or Python to support project teams
• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

Pay

Base pay: $120,000 - $250,000. The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location.
