Senior Business Consultant - Global Analytics

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Consultant in its Global Analytics Practice. This role focuses on helping customers transform their operations using technology, data, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end design and delivery of high-quality customer solutions.
• Team Management: Lead project teams of 2-3 consultants, developing people leadership skills.
• Business Development: Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva’s unique data, software, and AI insights.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Support multiple projects across the Global Analytics practice while developing deep expertise in 1-2 specific functional areas.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, and reference) and industry-specific analytics use cases such as segmentation & targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL with the ability to quickly master new tools as needed.
• Analytical Rigor: Strong quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills.
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Nice to Have: Knowledge of Veeva products, proficiency in Python, experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions.

Pay

$80,000 - $200,000 base salary, with additional compensation options available.
