About the role

The Role As a Principal Business Consultant in our Quality Practice, you will help customers bring products to market faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value. Our Quality Practice supports global Operations teams in delivering safe and effective products efficiently to more customers. We focus on Quality process and operating model improvement spanning Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Training across Pharma, MedTech, and Consumer Products.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of management consulting experience focused on Consumer Products
• Track Record: Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements
• Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and a comprehensive understanding of the Consumer Goods landscape
• Leadership: Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationships
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Knowledge of Veeva products
• Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions

Pay

Compensation Base pay: $120,000 - $250,000
