About the role

The firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant to join our consulting team, specializing in commercial strategy within the Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail (CP&R) industry. This role will focus on helping clients drive competitive advantage through innovative strategies and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business strategy with IT solutions

Requirements

• You will have at least 2+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail (CP&R) industry
• You will have broad experience across strategy, business operations, and IT, with a deep understanding of their interdependencies
• You will have high level of curiosity and passion for helping clients build competitive advantage
• You will have exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high creative IQ and the ability to think outside the box
• You will have strong collaboration and teaming abilities, with a proven track record of working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• You will have ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them in a consulting context
• You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

• You will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or a related discipline
• You will have a minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or a related discipline

• You will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Benefits

• Salary Range: $102,000 - $118,500
