About the role

Responsibilities

• Manages school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans.
• Aids in the implementation of Company-provided curriculum, which includes coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers.
• Ensures the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community.
• Drives the enrollment and marketing of Everbrook Academy as a premier brand in the child care industry utilizing grassroots marketing strategies, community outreach, and local partnerships.
• Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day in an educational, caring, and safe environment.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.

Requirements

• Must be Director qualified according to state licensing regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state license to operate a child care center.

Skills

• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and parents.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and education.
• Experience in managing a team and implementing curriculum.

• Compensation of $60,000-$66,000/salary based on Position, Education and Experience.
