Responsibilities

• Drive academic achievement and build a college preparatory culture
• Coach and develop instructional staff to enhance teaching quality
• Lead data analysis cycles to inform instruction and personalization
• Engage with families to foster partnerships in student success
• Create and maintain a positive school culture and environment
• Oversee hiring, staffing, and human capital management
• Support collaboration among various school teams for aligned goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years teaching experience in an urban classroom with significant achievement gains
• 3+ years as a Principal or similar role in an urban elementary school with diverse students
• Experience in managing, coaching, and developing teachers
• Strong leadership skills to inspire staff and engage families
• Results-oriented, utilizing data for decision making
• Commitment to building strong parent partnerships
• Valid CA teaching credential with ESL endorsement

$128,000 – $147,000 annually
