Principal Associate, Leadership and Enterprise Experiences Facilitator
About the role
Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) organization is seeking an expert facilitator to independently own high-stakes enterprise learning experiences. Facilitation delivery is the core of this role: you’ll adapt and deliver enterprise learning content for complex, cross-functional, and high-stakes audiences, operating autonomously in ambiguous situations.
You’ll serve as a trusted facilitation partner within your program or content area, translating what you see in the room into insight that strengthens learning products, standards, and practices.
Responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate Is… A Trusted Facilitation Partner: You act as a trusted partner within your program or content area, leading high-stakes enterprise learning experiences. An Expert Practitioner: You bring subject matter expertise in your assigned content area(s), dynamically adapting your delivery to complex, cross-functional, or high-stakes audiences, leading applied facilitation and performance discussions, and translating classroom insight into actionable feedback that strengthens learning products, standards, and practices.
An Autonomous, End-to-End Owner: You independently identify facilitation and program issues, use sound judgment to work through them, and own the solution end to end, whether that’s adapting content, resolving a delivery gap, or strengthening how a program is run. You thrive in ambiguity and create clarity for others rather than needing it handed to you.
A Coach and Multiplier: You model advanced facilitation behaviors and support others’ growth. You lead observation, feedback, and calibration efforts, and coach and mentor facilitators both formally and informally.

- Bring subject matter expertise in your content area(s), connecting theory to practical, real-world business application
