Role Description Job Title : Salesforce Solution Architect Job Location : Philadelphia , PA We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce Solution Architect Project Manager to lead enterprise AIpowered Salesforce transformation initiatives leveraging Agentforce Einstein AI Data Cloud Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud This role combines strategic solution architecture with project management responsibilities ensuring successful design implementation governance and adoption of Agentforcedriven business solutions The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders while managing endtoend delivery of complex Salesforce AI programs Key Responsibilities Agentforce Solution Architecture Design and implement scalable Agentforce solutions aligned with business objectives and Salesforce best practices Define AI agent architecture agent workflows guardrails data access models and automation strategies Lead discovery workshops to identify Agentforce use cases across customer service sales operations and support functions Architect solutions leveraging Agentforce Einstein AI Data Cloud Flows Apex APIs and Salesforce Platform capabilities Define integration strategies with enterprise applications thirdparty systems and external AI services Establish governance security compliance and responsible AI frameworks Project Program Management Lead endtoend Agentforce implementation and transformation programs Develop project plans estimates resource models timelines budgets and delivery roadmaps Manage project risks dependencies issue resolution and stakeholder communications Drive Agile delivery and ensure successful sprint planning execution and release management Monitor project financials utilization quality metrics and delivery KPIs Provide executivelevel project status updates and strategic recommendations Business Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business leaders to define AI transformation roadmaps Translate business requirements into scalable AIenabled Salesforce solutions Facilitate architecture reviews steering committee meetings and executive presentations Drive user adoption change management and business value realization initiatives Serve as the primary escalation point for solution and delivery concerns Architecture Governance Quality Assurance Define enterprise architecture standards and Agentforce implementation best practices Conduct solution design reviews and ensure compliance with Salesforce WellArchitected principles Oversee development QA deployment and release governance activities Drive solution performance scalability security and maintainability Ensure AI solutions meet regulatory privacy and security requirements Required Skills Strong experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture and Project Management Handson expertise with Salesforce Agentforce Einstein AI and Data Cloud Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and Salesforce Platform Strong understanding of AI agent orchestration prompt design automation and conversational experiences Experience designing integrations using RESTSOAP APIs middleware and eventdriven architectures Knowledge of Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Flow Sharing Security models Experience managing enterprise Salesforce implementation programs Strong stakeholder management leadership and communication skills Expertise in AgileScrum delivery methodologies Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certified AI Specialist Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist Salesforce Certified Application Architect andor System Architect Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant Certifications PMP PRINCE2 Scrum Master or SAFe certifications preferred Other Details Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
