This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex decision support data applications and oversee the entire development life cycle
- Manage and optimize the Actuarial Systems Data Marts
- Establish vendor and departmental relationships for financial data accuracy
- Lead multiple application areas, including data definitions and business rules
- Provide input on business requirements and participate in user acceptance testing
- Analyze business problems to develop and implement solutions
- Perform data refreshes, validations, and quality assurance for reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required
- 8+ years of experience in business applications analysis
- In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in the field
- 5+ years of SQL Development/Analysis experience preferred
- 5+ years' experience with medical claims and pharmacy/medical rebate data preferred

Pay
$118,691 – $189,906 annually
