Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet customer needs and improve job matching services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Implement new features and functionalities based on user feedback and market trends.
• Monitor user engagement and satisfaction metrics to inform product development decisions.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote the platform and attract new customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies and platforms.
• Experience with user interface design and usability principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications
