Responsibilities

The Principal, Account Operations is a senior individual contributor responsible for the operational health of one or more accounts or contract portfolios. Under the direction and guidance of leadership, this role owns the full lifecycle of account operations, from staffing readiness and personnel onboarding through offboarding, contract transitions, and organic growth support. The Principal maintains authoritative staffing and operational data, monitors contract and personnel readiness, and coordinates cross-functional activities across Delivery, Growth, Contracts, and People Operations. Using advanced operational expertise and influence, this role helps protect delivery continuity, strengthen customer confidence, mitigate contractual and performance risk, and position accounts for recompete and growth.
