About the role
The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for setting the long-term growth strategy and partnership with customers building foundation models, inference platforms, and AI applications. In addition to being customers, these companies partner with AWS as ISVs and have multiple go-to-market goals.
Responsibilities
- Team with all aspects of the customer's organization, including C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner organizations, and sales teams.
- Build and maintain broad relationships, develop and manage opportunities, and facilitate a large team of extended resources.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technology sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
Qualifications
- Skills required to build relationships across an account include creative systems thinking, visioning, and executing via collaboration with an extended team to address all AI ISV customer needs.
- Key Focus Areas Include Driving adoption of AWS AI/ML infrastructure including GPU and custom silicon solutions for training and inference workloads.
- Positioning cost-optimized compute architectures to support rapid scaling and experimentation.
- Enabling technical migrations and workload optimization across diverse chip architectures.
- Supporting go-to-market partnerships and joint customer success initiatives.
- Navigating complex technical requirements for model training, fine-tuning, and inference deployment.
