We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to extract content.
Given posting: includes Exemption Status, Pay scale, note about pay not reflective, not eligible for sponsorship. Then "Why join MedImpact?" paragraph. Then "Summary Job Description" paragraph. Then "Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following." then a list of duties (many sentences). Then "Supervisory Responsibilities" paragraph. Then "Client Responsibilities" paragraph. Then "Qualifications" heading with subparts: Education And/or Experience, Computer Skills, Certificates..., Other Skills..., Reasoning Ability, Mathematical Skills, Language Skills, Competencies (list). Then "Physical Demands", "Work Environment", "Work Location", "Working Hours", "Travel", "The Perks" list (benefits). Then some boilerplate about EEO etc to remove.
We need to map to sections: About the role (maybe the summary/job description?), Responsibilities (essential duties + supervisory + client?), Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe education/experience?), Skills (maybe computer skills, other skills, competencies?), Benefits (the perks list), Pay (pay scale), Schedule (working hours? maybe schedule includes working hours and travel? but schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does state Working Hours and Travel. Could treat as Schedule? The instruction: Use

It does state Working Hours and Travel. Could treat as Schedule? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Schedule section for working hours and travel. Pay section for pay scale. Benefits section for perks.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, disclaimer, etc.
We must preserve all substantive info.
We need to decide what goes where.
About the role: Could be the summary job description paragraph: "The Principal, Account Management provides proactive and strategic support to a state client as well as manages products produced by a team of clinical and operational staff including Finance, Implementation, Call Center and Business Operations. Works to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and oversees program requirements, standards, policies, and performance. Coordinates and oversees program activities for Regulatory, Corrective Action Plans and Monitoring, and audit support. This role ensures consistent customer satisfaction, delivering successful projects, building and maintaining solid business relationships and successfully executing the delivery of additional revenue to MedImpact."
That seems appropriate.
Responsibilities: Could combine Essential Duties and Responsibilities list, Supervisory Responsibilities, Client Responsibilities. But we might separate? The instruction: Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can make a list for essential duties. Supervisory and client responsibilities could be paragraphs under Responsibilities as well.
Requirements: Might be the qualifications section? But we also have Qualifications heading separate. The instruction list includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide which to use. Perhaps Requirements for mandatory qualifications (education/experience, computer skills, certificates). Qualifications for preferred skills/competencies. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's think.
We have: Education And/or Experience, Computer Skills, Certificates..., Other Skills And Abilities, Reasoning Ability, Mathematical Skills, Language Skills, Competencies (list). That's a lot. Could group into Requirements (education/experience, computer skills, certificates) and Skills (other skills, reasoning, math, language, competencies). Benefits: The Perks list.
Pay: Pay scale.
Schedule: Working Hours and Travel.
About the role: summary.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". All sections we create must have real content.
Let's extract content precisely.
Pay scale: "$114,622 - $160,472 - $206,321". Also note about pay scale not reflective etc. We should include that note? It's substantive. So include that sentence.
Benefits list: "Medical / Dental / Vision / Wellness ProgramsPaid Time Off / Company Paid HolidaysIncentive Compensation401K with Company matchLife and Disability InsuranceTuition ReimbursementEmployee Referral Bonus". It's a bit jammed; we need to split into items. Probably each separated by slash or no space. We'll parse: Medical / Dental / Vision / Wellness Programs, Paid Time Off / Company Paid Holidays, Incentive Compensation, 401K with Company match, Life and Disability Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Referral Bonus. We'll make
- each.
Working Hours: "This is an exempt level position requiring the incumbent to work the hours required to fully accomplish job responsibilities and reasonably meet deadlines for work deliverables. We'll combine into Schedule section with both paragraphs.
Now Essential Duties list: Many sentences each starting with a verb. We'll extract each bullet.

We could incorporate these under Responsibilities as paragraphs after the list.
Now Requirements: Education And/or Experience, Computer Skills, Certificates..., maybe also "Other Skills And Abilities"? But we have Skills section for other skills.
Let's define:
Requirements:
- Education And/or Experience: "BA/BS Degree; 8+ years related experience and 8+ years of SME in respective area(s); (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with at least 4+ years leading individual contributors and leaders of leaders; which may be substituted with an appropriate mix of leadership experience and 5 years of MedImpact experience plus an appropriate external leadership training program and internal mentorship with a seasoned leader (VP+ level) that must completed within 12 months in new position."

We'll make
- for each competency.
Now Benefits: list as earlier.
Pay: include pay scale and note.
Schedule: include Working Hours and Travel paragraphs.
Now About the role: summary paragraph.
We must not include boilerplate like Exemption Status? Actually Exemption Status is part of posting but not a section heading; we could include it in a short paragraph maybe under About the role? But the instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Exemption Status is metadata; we could include a short paragraph at top maybe. But we have About the role section already; we could prepend a short paragraph with Exemption Status and note about sponsorship? However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we incorporate Exemption Status and sponsorship note into About the role paragraph or a small
before sections. But we must not create a heading for it. We'll add a
with that info before the first heading.
Thus output:
Exemption Status: Exempt. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
