About the role
This role is within Credera's Program Leadership capability, focusing on solving our clients' hardest problems through program structure and communication.
Responsibilities
- Identify and clarify client needs
- Set up program structure and communication methods
- Connect strategy to execution through management of implementation activities
- Help teams meet or exceed program goals
- Manage client relationships
- Communicate with executive leadership
- Foster a learning environment for junior project team members
- Collaborate with Crederians across other capabilities to develop & execute a program plan
- Conduct market research to inform future client digital product directions
- Advise clients on best-in-class Agile practices and frameworks
- Develop & deliver executive-level communications
- Conduct discovery workshops to understand & document key client challenges
- Leverage proven Credera methodologies and tools to execute the above activities
- Informally and formally coach junior talent
- Contribute to the development of the Program Leadership capability
- Participate in Management Consulting Practice activities
- Support overall company development through Business Development, Recruiting, Learning and Development, Special Interest and Resource Groups
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of consulting experience or an industry equivalent
- A minimum of 10 years of project management and / or technical leadership experience
- A passion for leading teams and providing both formal and informal mentorship
- An enjoyment of serving in a client-facing role and building external relationships through networking and personal branding
- An understanding that goes beyond the definition of concepts to the meaning and impact
- An expert communicator with the ability to translate challenging concepts into easy-to-understand terms
- A passion and love to discover new things with the ability to learn quickly in an evolving market
- A motivation to provide exceptional value to your clients and partners through an elevated level of personal accountability

Schedule
Hybrid Work Model: Employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week, averaging 3 days (full or partial) per week in person. This could be at a Credera office, at a client site, or at an off-site location with other team members.
