We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about company, location, general summary, essential duties, knowledge/skills/abilities, education & experience, why join, what we offer, diversity etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. No placeholder like "commensurate with experience". We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like immigration sponsorship statements? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The immigration sponsorship statements are likely legal/EEO? Might be considered boilerplate? It's about eligibility; maybe we should keep? It's not exactly EEO but it's a restriction. Might be considered legal. Safer to remove? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Immigration sponsorship is not EEO but could be considered legal. I'd remove it to be safe. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep location, general summary, essential duties, knowledge/skills/abilities, education & experience, why join, what we offer (benefits), diversity statement maybe keep as part of culture but could be considered EEO? It's about diversity, equity inclusion; might be considered EEO boilerplate. Probably we should keep as it's substantive about culture. But the instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The diversity statement is more about culture; but could be considered EEO. I'd keep it as it's not a boilerplate warning but a statement of values. However to be safe, maybe keep it. We need sections: About the role (maybe general summary), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (knowledge/skills/abilities), Qualifications (education & experience), Benefits (what we offer), maybe Pay? Not specified. Schedule? Not specified (onsite location). Could include Schedule as location? Not needed. We should not create Pay or Schedule sections unless posting actually states them. No pay info. So omit Pay and Schedule. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Let's extract content: Company description: "Consumers Energy is Michigan’s largest energy provider, providing natural gas and/or electricity to 6.8 million of the state’s 10 million residents in all 68 Lower Peninsula counties. Consumers Energy knows job number one is to keep the lights on for customers. We are committed to delivering reliable, clean, and affordable energy to our customers 24/7." Location: "Location: This position is onsite and may be assigned to any Consumers Energy Service Center located throughout Michigan's lower Peninsula. The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate (relocation package is available for those that qualify)." General Summary Of Job Responsibilities: paragraph about Principal Industrial Engineer role. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: list bullet points (starting with "Other duties as assigned or may be necessary" etc). We need to keep all. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: list. Education & Experience: paragraph. Why should you join our team? paragraph about culture. What We Offer: list of benefits: Competitive compensation packages, Medical, Dental and Vision, 401k with company match, Paid parental leave, Up to 13 paid Holidays, Paid time off, Educational Assistance Program. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: paragraph. We need to avoid duplication: The "Other duties as assigned or may be necessary" appears as a bullet; keep. We need to format. Let's craft HTML:

    About the role

Consumers Energy is Michigan’s largest energy provider, providing natural gas and/or electricity to 6.8 million of the state’s 10 million residents in all 68 Lower Peninsula counties. Consumers Energy knows job number one is to keep the lights on for customers. We are committed to delivering reliable, clean, and affordable energy to our customers 24/7.

    Location

maybe not a standard heading but we could incorporate into About the role? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Location not listed but could be part of About the role. Might be better to include as a paragraph under About the role. But we need to preserve location info. Could add a

after About the role. Alternatively we could create a heading "Location" but not in list; but instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g.) but not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not create arbitrary headings like Location. Instead we can include location info within About the role paragraph. Similarly, "General Summary Of Job Responsibilities" could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. We'll put responsibilities under Responsibilities heading. Thus:

    About the role

Consumers Energy is Michigan’s largest energy provider, providing natural gas and/or electricity to 6.8 million of the state’s 10 million residents in all 68 Lower Peninsula counties. Consumers Energy knows job number one is to keep the lights on for customers. We are committed to delivering reliable, clean, and affordable energy to our customers 24/7. This position is onsite and may be assigned to any Consumers Energy Service Center located throughout Michigan's lower Peninsula. The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate (relocation package is available for those that qualify).

    • 401k with company match
    • Paid parental leave
    • Up to 13 paid Holidays
    • Paid time off
    • Educational Assistance Program
We could also include a section "Why join our team?" maybe as About the role? But we have no heading for that; we could add a paragraph under About the role after location? Or we could create a heading "Why join our team?" but not in list. The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g.) but not exclusive; but safer to stick to given headings. However we have substantive content about culture and benefits; we already have Benefits. The "Why should you join our team?" paragraph could be placed under About the role as additional prose. Similarly Diversity, Equity & Inclusion paragraph could be placed under Benefits? Or maybe under About the role. We'll add a paragraph after Benefits. Thus final HTML:
