What you’ll do
- Govern and maintain manufacturing master data (routings, work centers, standard times) in ERP and MES systems
- Develop and optimize routing structures that reflect real shopfloor processes
- Conduct time studies (e.g. REFA, MTM) and define standard times for costing, planning, and performance tracking
- Build capacity and workforce models aligned with demand and production plans
- Identify bottlenecks and support balanced, feasible production schedules
- Support MES integration (MDC, PDC, APS) to enable data-driven manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain
What you bring
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering, ideally in an engineered-to-order environment
- Strong understanding of ERP (SAP preferred), MES systems, and capacity planning
- Knowledge of work measurement methodologies (REFA, MTM, or similar)
- Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
