Duties and responsibilities
- Works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care.
- Pairs with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel.
- Performs duties in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards.
Position Details
- Location: Mercy Clinic Primary Care, 621 S. New Ballas Road, Medical Tower A, Suite 399, St. Louis, MO 63141
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0800-1630, no nights, weekends, or holidays
- Hybrid Work Model: 50/50 after completing a minimum of three months of on-site training, following a full-time (1.0 FTE) co-worker schedule, and availability for monthly on-site clinic meetings.
Qualifications
- LPN: Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing; Licensure: Active LPN license; Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
- RN: Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree; Licensure: Active RN license; Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
Highly Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system
- Timely and thorough patient triage skills
- Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work)
- Excellent time management and prioritization
- Adaptability in a new and changing environment
