Our Health Center provides primary and specialty care, including pediatrics, OB/GYN, dental, and eye care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Masters in relevant Degree for NP licensing
• Board certified or eligible; Massachusetts licensure, DEA registration, and controlled substance license required
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Basic Life Support certification within 90 days of start

Role Overview

The PCP will provide comprehensive care for a panel of patients, collaborating with physicians, mid-level providers, nurses, medical assistants, social workers, and nutritionists.

Responsibilities

• Delivering patient-centered primary care while integrating preventive, chronic, and acute care strategies
• Reviewing and following up on labs, imaging, referrals, and hospital/ED transitions
• Documenting clinical encounters accurately in the electronic health record
• Ensuring patient access, including in-person visits and after-hours consultation per schedule
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives, clinic projects, and population health interventions
• Mentoring and supporting the care team to enhance professional growth and team efficiency

Compensation

• $200,000–$250,000 per year plus benefits (MD)
• $125,000 to $150,000 (Nurse Practitioner)
