About the role
This full-time primary care physician manages a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and wellness visits both in-office and via telehealth. They collaborate with in-person and virtual teams, participate in ongoing learning through clinical rounds, and utilize their clinical training to perform procedures. Supervising NP or PA colleagues and obtaining additional state licensure for virtual care are key responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Managing patient needs across various visit types
- Conducting in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits
- Collaborating with clinical teams and participating in continuous education
- Supervising colleagues and expanding licensure for virtual care
Qualifications
- Completed or enrolled in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the last 5 years
- Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify within a year
- Licensed in Washington prior to employment
- Strong communication skills, clinical proficiency, adaptability, and a passion for human-centered care
- Comfort with technology and evidence-based practice
