About the role
Provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in neighborhood clinics, supported by large care teams to focus on quality over volume.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient visits, averaging 13-16 patients daily
- Conduct 20-minute regular exams or 40-minute diagnostic and new patient exams
- Utilize EMR systems such as Canopy and Greenway
- Collaborate with care team members including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers
- Leverage onsite labs and specialist access via RubiconMD
- Engage in community activities like exercise and wellness events
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine
- Active unrestricted medical license
- Bilingual Spanish skills
