Primary Care Physician - Full-Time

About the role

Provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in neighborhood clinics, supported by large care teams to focus on quality over volume.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient visits, averaging 13-16 patients daily
  • Conduct 20-minute regular exams or 40-minute diagnostic and new patient exams
  • Utilize EMR systems such as Canopy and Greenway
  • Collaborate with care team members including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers
  • Leverage onsite labs and specialist access via RubiconMD
  • Engage in community activities like exercise and wellness events

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine
  • Active unrestricted medical license
  • Bilingual Spanish skills

  • Fellowship in Geriatrics
