Primary Care Physician - Full-Time

About the Role

Join a physician-led, value-based primary care organization dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the Medicare population. This role includes both comprehensive primary care and a Medical Director position with leadership, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care focusing on quality outcomes and chronic disease management.
• Maintain an average of approximately 15 patients per day to support relationship-based care.
• Serve as a Medical Director with responsibilities in leadership, mentorship, and organizational growth.
• Manage a minimal administrative burden (<10%) supported by robust data and quality systems.

Key Duties

• Focus on high-quality, relationship-based patient care, managing chronic conditions, and ensuring positive health outcomes.
• Contribute to organizational growth and leadership development within a stable, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in primary care.
• Interest in leadership, mentoring advanced practice providers (APPs), and long-term organizational growth.
• Commitment to quality care and relationship-building with patients.

Schedule

Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with built-in time for walk-ins and administrative tasks.
