Role Overview

This full-time primary care physician manages a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and wellness visits in-office, testing centers, and virtually. Responsibilities include patient treatment, collaboration with clinical teams, performing in-office procedures, supervising NP or PA colleagues, and maintaining ongoing professional development through weekly clinical rounds.

Key Duties

• Manage a broad patient panel with varied healthcare needs
• Conduct in-office, testing, and telehealth visits
• Collaborate with team members and participate in continuous learning
• Utilize clinical training for procedures and supervise colleagues
• Obtain additional licensure for virtual care as needed

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Valid state license in Massachusetts required
• Willingness to obtain additional licensure for virtual care in other states
