Role Overview
This full-time primary care physician manages a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and wellness visits in-office, testing centers, and virtually. Responsibilities include patient treatment, collaboration with clinical teams, performing in-office procedures, supervising NP or PA colleagues, and maintaining ongoing professional development through weekly clinical rounds.
Key Duties
- Manage a broad patient panel with varied healthcare needs
- Conduct in-office, testing, and telehealth visits
- Collaborate with team members and participate in continuous learning
- Utilize clinical training for procedures and supervise colleagues
- Obtain additional licensure for virtual care as needed
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Valid state license in Massachusetts required
- Willingness to obtain additional licensure for virtual care in other states
